Description: This under-the-counter water filter combines a 1 micron sediment prefilter for cyst-free (Cryptosporidium, Giardia) water with a KDF/GAC filter cartridge for superior contaminant reduction. The Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) made from the highest quality coconut shells substantially reduces chlorine over 99%, lead and other heavy metals, pesticides, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), bad taste and odors from your drinking water. The KDF stage removes chlorine, lead and mercury. The redox reaction of KDF also inhibits the growth of bacteria, algae, and fungi. NSF compliant components.
Rated to treat 12,000 gallons (most competitor's treat only 500 to 5,000 gallons). Installs easily and includes a stainless steel faucet spigot free of charge.
