Air pura cleans the air in 2000 square ft .

The Air Pura turbulence is minimal so decibel level is less. Other machines with the intake at the bottom, separate motor and blower .
Airpura high efficiency air purifiers will make a difference for all allergies- dust, mold, dust mites pollen , tobacco, perfumes, paint fumes, carpets or neighbor's toxic laundry products and industrial uses.
Air pura will dissipate the vocs from new carpets and paints and basements that may have mold and mildew problems .

Airpura prides itself of being as free as possible of all plastics and rubber compounds.
However no electrical appliance can be safety certified (UL, ETL, CSA) or sold, without some rubber and plastic compounds, as they are necessary to prevent electrical hazards.

Airpura goes to extreme lengths to avoid the use of these substances aside from electrical/motor assemblage safety requirements, there are no rubber, plastic elements, in the construction, nor in the filtering, nor the gaskets.
Airpura has no glue, no bonding agent, nor silicones in its carbon filter construction, the same principals apply to units.
